## Guide

### 1. Parts and Tools

This insert has a folded sheet that forms the sides and back, a door, two hinge arms, two hinge plates, four cup screws, six plate screws, a knob with its bolt, two bumper pads and a distance piece\. You also need a cross\-head screwdriver and a pencil\. Tap a part to see its name\.

Work on a soft mat so the door does not get scratched\. The door can hang on the left or on the right; this guide hangs it on the left\.

### 2. 1 · Fold the Left Side

Fold the left end of the sheet forward along its crease until it is square to the back\.

### 3. 1 · Fold the Right Side

Fold the right end forward the same way\. The sheet is now a U with an open front\.

### 4. 2 · Press in the Hinges

Lay the door inner face up\. Press a hinge arm 109337 into each of the two round holes along the left edge\.

### 5. 2 · First Cup Screw

Drive a screw 100344 through the hinge into the door with the cross\-head screwdriver, turning clockwise until it is tight\.

### 6. 2 · Other Three Cup Screws

Fit the other three cup screws the same way\.

### 7. 3 · Mark the Left Wall

Hook the distance piece 131351 over the front edge of the shelf, against the left wall of the cell\. Draw a pencil line along its end, then lift it off\.

The piece sets the insert back from the front of the shelf\.

### 8. 4 · Mark the Right Wall

Do the same against the divider on the right, then put the piece away\.

### 9. 5 · Slide the Insert In

Slide the folded insert into the cell until its front edge reaches the pencil lines\.

### 10. 6 · Place the Lower Hinge Plate

Push a hinge plate 109221 against the left wall near the bottom, with the slider arrow pointing to the front\.

### 11. 6 · First Plate Screw

Drive a screw 124386 through the plate with the screwdriver, turning clockwise until it is tight\.

### 12. 6 · Second Plate Screw

Drive the second screw the same way\.

### 13. 7 · Upper Hinge Plate

Place the second plate near the top of the left wall, facing the same way\.

### 14. 7 · Upper Plate Screws

Drive both screws into the upper plate\.

### 15. 8 · Fix the Right Wall

Reach into the cell and hold the insert against the divider\. Drive two screws 124386 through the right wall into the divider\.

The insert's bottom edge must stay on the pencil lines\.

### 16. 9 · Hang the Door

Hold the door open at a right angle and push each hinge arm onto its plate until it clicks\.

You can adjust the door with the hinge screws after it is hung\.

### 17. 10 · Place the Knob

Hold the knob 106266 against the outside of the door, over the small hole\.

### 18. 10 · Drive the Knob Bolt

From the inside, drive the bolt 100412 through the door into the knob, turning clockwise\.

### 19. 11 · Stick on the Bumpers

Peel the two pads 107091 off their card and press them on the inside of the door near the knob edge, at the top and bottom corners\.

### 20. Close the Door

Swing the door shut\. The hinges are hidden behind it\.

### 21. Done

The insert is fitted\. To move the door up or down, loosen the plate screws, slide the door and tighten them again\. The arm screws set the door left and right and in and out\.
