### 1. RÅSKOG Utility Cart

Here is everything from the box: the base, four frame tube pairs, three trays, six clips, bolts and nuts, eight screws, four castors and a small wrench\. You also need a cross\-head screwdriver\. Tap any part to see its name\.

Build on a rug or the flattened box so nothing gets scratched\. If a part is missing, contact IKEA\.

### 2. 1 · Join the Tube Pairs

Each side frame comes in two halves\. Slide the narrow ends of each upper pair into its lower pair, so the flat tabs line up\.

### 3. 1 · Screw the Joints

Drive one screw 121194 through each tube at the joint, four in all\. Turn clockwise until each head sits flush with the tube\.

A hand screwdriver gives better control here than a power drill\.

### 4. 2 · Stand the Frames on the Base

Lower both side frames over the four short posts of the base\. The two frames face each other across the length of the cart\.

### 5. 2 · Screw the Base Joints

Fix each tube to its post with another screw 121194, four in all\.

### 6. 3 · Fit Tray 1

Find the tray with a 1 pressed into its end walls\. Lower it between the frames, all the way down to the bottom tabs\.

### 7. 3 · Bolt Tray 1

At each end, a clip wraps round the two tubes\. Push a carriage bolt 124154 through the clip, the tab and the tray wall, then screw an acorn nut 10119612 onto it inside the tray\. Finish with the ring end of the wrench\.

### 8. 4 · Fit Tray 2

Tray 2 goes on the middle tabs, where the two tube halves meet\.

### 9. 4 · Bolt Tray 2

Fix it the same way: a clip, a bolt and a nut at each end\.

### 10. 5 · Fit Tray 3

Tray 3 goes at the top, on the tabs near the tube ends\.

### 11. 5 · Bolt Tray 3

Clip, bolt and nut at both ends, like the others\. Each tray can hold 6 kg, about as much as a full watering can\.

### 12. 6 · Fit the Castors with Brakes

Lay the cart on its back on the rug\. Screw the two castors with brake levers into the bushes at one end of the base, then give them a last turn with the open end of the wrench\.

### 13. 7 · Fit the Plain Castors

Screw the two plain castors into the other end in the same way\.

### 14. Lock the Brakes

Stand the cart up on its wheels\. Press a brake lever down to lock it, and lift it to roll again\. Your cart is ready to carry up to 18 kg\.
