## Transcript

### 1. 13a · Mark the Holes

Stand each wall profile \(part 02\) in its place on the tray, about 88 cm out from the corner\. Hold a spirit level against it so it is perfectly upright \(plumb\), then mark the three holes through it with a pencil\. Tap any part to see its name\.

Keep the glass corner covers on until the very end, and never stand glass straight on a hard floor\.

### 2. 13b · Drill the Holes

Drill the six marked holes with a 6 mm drill bit\.

Check first that no electric cables or water or gas pipes run behind the wall where you drill\.

### 3. 13c · Fit the Wall Plugs

Tap a plastic wall plug \(part 01\) into every hole with a rubber mallet until its collar is flush with the tiles\. The plug spreads inside the wall when the screw goes in, so it grips tightly\.

### 4. 13d · Screw On the Profiles

Put each profile back over its plugs and fix it with three long screws \(part 03, 4 × 30 mm\), turning them clockwise with a cross\-head screwdriver\.

### 5. 14a–b · Slide In the Panes

Slide the fixed glass pane 14 into the profile on the left wall and pane 13 into the profile on the right wall\. The rounded corners go towards the door opening\.

This is the R layout, with the door hinged on the right\. For the L layout the manual swaps the panes and mirrors every step\.

### 6. 14c–d · Check the Gap M

Look down on the top of each profile\. It must stand a small gap \(M\) clear of the other wall, never pressed into it\.

### 7. 14e · Fit Seal 06

Push the magnetic seal \(part 06\) onto the door edge of pane 14\. Its magnet will catch the door and hold it shut\.

### 8. 14f–g · Fix the Brackets

Fix a bracket \(part 07\) across the opening at the top and at the bottom\. Each bent end sits on the outside of a pane, fixed through the glass hole with a ring and screw\.

### 9. 16a · Drill the Small Holes

Drill a 3 mm hole beside each wall fixing, through the outer side of the profile, using the drill bit supplied \(part 18\)\.

### 10. 16b · Fit Screws 04 and Rings 05

Fix a short screw \(part 04, 4 × 10 mm\) with its ring and cover cap \(part 05\) into each small hole\. They lock the profiles together and hide the screw heads\.

### 11. 16c · Clamp On the Hinges

With the door lying on soft pads, clamp a pivot hinge \(part 08\) through each hole at one corner of the door, top and bottom\. A pivot hinge lets the door swing round a pin\.

### 12. 16d · Hang the Door

Lift the door \(part 15\) upright and push its hinge pins into the top and bottom brackets\.

A door this size weighs more than 10 kg: ask a second person to help\.

### 13. 16e · Adjust the Door

Slide the hinges along the brackets until the door hangs straight with even gaps, then tighten the small screws in the brackets to lock them\.

### 14. 16f · Fit Seal 10

Push seal 10 onto the door’s hinge edge\. Together with seal 06 on the other side, it stops water escaping round the closed door\.

### 15. 16g · Fit the Handle

Pass the handle’s two bolts \(part 12\) through the holes on the free edge of the door and tighten them from the inside\.

### 16. 16h · Press On the Caps

Press the small cap \(part 09\) into the top of each profile, then press the cover cap \(part 11\) over it\.

### 17. 16i · Fit Bottom Seal 16

Push the long bottom seal \(part 16\) up onto the lower edge of the door, its soft fin pointing down to the tray\.

### 18. 16m · Fit Bottom Seal 17

Push the short seal \(part 17\) onto the lower edge beside the bottom hinge\. Your shower enclosure is complete\.

Now remove the plastic covers from the glass corners\. Every three months, put a little silicone grease on the hinges\.
