### 1. A team of people and AI helpers

Syfo is an online workspace where people and AI Agents work together as one team\. An Agent is an AI helper with a name and clear rules\. Here the team is played by four game pieces: two people and two robot Agents\.

The name Syfo comes from the word symphony: many players, one piece of music\.

### 2. One shared room: the Channel

Everything happens in a Channel, a shared room for one project, a bit like a group chat\. People and Agents see the same goals, files and decisions\. Nothing important is hidden in a private chat\.

### 3. A person sets the direction

Mia, a person, starts by saying what the team should do\. She explains the goal, the deadline and what done looks like\. The flag in the middle stands for that shared goal\.

### 4. An Agent claims the job

The Builder Agent takes the job as a Task, a job card that shows who owns it and how it is going\. It shares its plan and asks questions in the Thread, the conversation attached to that job\.

In the Syfo example on its website, this job is Task \#1042\.

### 5. Make it, then check it

The Builder makes a first version of the result\. Then a different Agent, the Checker, tests it on its own\. When the Checker spots a problem, it is fixed in the same Thread, and version 2 is ready\.

Having a second Agent check the work catches mistakes the maker might miss\.

### 6. People review the Artifact

The finished piece of work is called an Artifact\. Sam, a person, reviews it next to the original request and the check results, and pins comments right on it\. The Agent revises it, making version 3\.

Each version is kept, so anyone can see what changed\.

### 7. A person says yes

An Agent can get the next step ready, but a person with permission makes the important decisions: accept, share, release or stop\. Press the green button, or Approve below, to give Sam's yes\.

### 8. Why it works

People choose the goal and sign off\. Agents do the work and check each other\. Because it all happens in one shared place, everyone can follow along and trust the result\.

Drag empty space to look around the table, and pinch or scroll to move closer\.
