## Guide

### 1. CCA120 Wall Cupboard: the Parts

This kit becomes a 120 cm wide kitchen wall cupboard with three doors\. Lay out two sides \(C\), the top and base \(TB\), the divider \(DV\), two shelves \(EG and EC\), two thin backs \(FO\) and three doors \(P\)\. You also need a cross\-head screwdriver and a hammer\. Tap any part to see its name\.

The panels are melamine: wood board with a hard plastic skin\. Screws: 33 short A, 6 longer B and 12 big C\.

### 2. 1 · Build the Frame

Join the sides, top, base and divider as shown, with the cupboard lying on its back\. Use the twelve big C screws \(7 × 50\): two at each corner, and two through the top and two through the base into the divider\. Then turn the frame face down\.

Drive each screw straight so the frame stays square\.

### 3. 2 · Nail On the Backs

Centre the two backs \(FO\) on the frame, joined in the middle by the H strip: its two slots hold their edges\. Nail them on, about one nail every 10 cm\. Then stand the cupboard up\.

### 4. 3 · Shelves and Hanging Supports

Press the eight shelf supports into their holes and rest the large shelf \(EG\) and the small shelf \(EC\) on them\. Then fix the three hanging supports under the top with A screws\.

The hanging supports are what will hold the cupboard on the wall\.

### 5. 4 · Hinges and Handles

Lay the doors \(P\) inner face up\. Set a hinge in each round cup hole and fix it with two A screws\. Hold a handle under each door and fix it from the inside with two B screws\.

### 6. 5 · Hang the Doors

Fit each door by joining the two parts of its hinges: slide each hinge arm onto its base plate inside the cupboard\. The left door hangs on the left side, the middle door on the divider and the right door on the right side\.

### 7. Hinge Adjustment

If a door sits crooked, turn its hinge screws a little\. The base plate screws let the door move up or down\. One arm screw moves it from side to side, the other moves it in or out\.

Adjust until the gaps between the doors look even\.
