## Guide

### 1. Parts List

In the boxes: 2 Pro Max devices, 2 power cords, 2 pairs of green goggles and 2 user manuals\. The bracket, 8 hand\-tightening screws, a patch cord and a USB\-C pairing cable lie beside them, and the vertical stand is already built from its own manual\. Tap any part to see its name\.

The goggles are for your eyes during a session, because the red light is very bright\.

### 2. 1 · Lay Both Devices Face Down

Place each Infraredi face down, end to end lengthways, on a soft, scratch\-free surface such as a blanket\. Make sure the screens are facing the same way\.

### 3. 2 · Place the Bracket

Lay the bracket on top of both devices with its hooks pointing down, so half covers device 1 and half covers device 2\. Line up the bracket holes with the holes on each device\.

### 4. 3 · Fit the 8 Screws

Fix the bracket to the devices with the 8 hand\-tightening screws\. Turn each one clockwise by hand until it is snug; no tools are needed\.

For building the stand itself, see the vertical and horizontal stand manual\.

### 5. 4 · Hook onto the Vertical Stand

Carefully lift the joined devices and hook them onto the vertical stand\. Seen from behind, both bracket hooks drop over the stand's two crossbars and sit snug\.

Together the two panels are about as tall as a grown\-up, so lift them with a helper\.

### 6. 5 · Connect the Patch Cord

Find the power patch cord, a short cable that passes power from one device to the other\. Push its female end into device 1 and its male end into device 2\.

### 7. 6 · Plug In and Switch On

Plug the female end of the power cord into device 2, and the other end into a wall outlet\. Then turn on the power switches on both devices\.

### 8. 7 · Let Them Pair

The devices should connect to each other automatically and work as a single unit\. If they do not, you can instead join device 1's USB\-C port to device 2's USB\-C port with the pairing cable\.

The pairing cable is an alternative, not an extra step\.

### 9. 8 · Turn On the Power

Press the power button on the back of each device\. Hundreds of LEDs glow red on the front; some also give near\-infrared light, which our eyes cannot see\.

### 10. 9 · Group Them as One

On the screen, go to Settings, then Grouping, and set every device to Group, then confirm\. Now one control device runs them all, so press Start Session and enjoy your red light therapy\.
