### 1. RÅSKOG Trolley: What’s in the Box

Two lower and two upper tube units, a base loop, three numbered trays, six brackets, six bolts with acorn nuts \(nuts with a rounded cap\), eight small screws and four castors \(small swivel wheels\)\. You need a cross\-head screwdriver and the flat spanner from the box\. Tap any part to see its name\.

Build it on a rug or soft mat so nothing gets scratched, and use hand tools only\. Two people make it easier\.

### 2. 1 · Join the Tubes

Drop each upper tube unit into the open mouths of a lower unit\. Then drive one small screw into each tube joint, four in all, turning clockwise with the screwdriver\.

The narrow ends of the upper tubes slide inside the lower tubes\.

### 3. 2 · Stand the Units on the Base

Lower both tall units onto the four short posts of the base loop, one unit at each end\. Fix each tube with one screw: four more screws\.

### 4. 3 · Hang Tray 1

Find the tray marked 1 on its end walls and lower it between the tubes to the bottom plates\. At each end, put a bracket around the tubes, push a bolt through, and screw an acorn nut on inside the tray\. Tighten the nuts with the spanner\.

The rounded notches in the rim fit around the tubes\.

### 5. 4 · Hang Tray 2

Lower tray 2 to the middle plates and fix it the same way: two brackets, two bolts and two acorn nuts\.

### 6. 5 · Hang Tray 3

Fit tray 3 at the top plates in the same way\. All three trays now hang at equal spacing\.

Each tray holds up to 6 kg\.

### 7. 6 · Fit the Brake Castors

Lay the trolley gently on its side on the rug\. Screw the two castors with brake levers into the threaded holes at one end of the base, turning clockwise, and finish with the spanner\.

### 8. 7 · Fit the Other Castors

Screw the two plain castors into the holes at the other end\. Stand the trolley up on its four wheels and it is ready to roll\.

Press a brake lever down to lock its wheel; lift it to let the wheel roll again\.
