## Guide

### 1. A lot full of cars

This dealer has a dozen cars on the lot and a key for every one\. On a busy day, staff can spend a long time hunting for the right car and its key\. Ikon lot management helps the dealer find both\.

Drag the scene to turn the lot and look around\.

### 2. A tracker in every car

Each car gets a small GPS tracker, wired in under the dashboard where nobody sees it\. GPS works out the car's position from satellite signals, so the dealer always knows its spot\.

Ikon says dealers pay nothing up front for the devices: they pay when the car is sold\.

### 3. A tag on every key

Each key fob wears a small Bluetooth tag\. Bluetooth is a short\-range radio, like the one in wireless earbuds\. The tag is paired with its car's tracker, so finding one helps find the other\.

### 4. Find every car

The dealer opens the app and searches the whole lot\. As each car is found, a location pin pops up above it and a matching dot lights the map\. Tap any car to ping it again\.

The pins are on the map, not on the cars\. Their colour shows how long each car has waited on the lot\.

### 5. Find the right key

A buyer wants to test drive the blue SUV\. Its key tag answers by Bluetooth, so its hook lights up and its car pin bounces\. No more searching every drawer\.

Ikon says finding cars and keys this way saves about 15 minutes per sale\.

### 6. Know the whole lot

One touch runs an audit: the app checks every car is where it should be\. A daily battery report flags weak car batteries, and a geofence, an invisible fence on the map, warns if a car leaves after hours\.

Ikon says its one\-touch audit cuts floor\-plan audit time by 56%\.

### 7. The dealer's own app

When a car is sold, its tracker can keep helping the new owner\. The buyer gets an app with the dealer's own name and colours, not the car maker's\. They can find their car and book a service in one tap\.

Ikon says its Connected Car program includes a theft benefit of up to $10,000\.

### 8. Every car, every key

Cars, keys and customers now live on one map\. Less hunting means more time selling, and the branded app gives buyers a reason to come back to the dealer for service\.

Ikon figures are company claims, not independent measurements\.
