## Guide

### 1. KOMPLEMENT Drawer

This is the white KOMPLEMENT drawer for a PAX frame 75 cm wide and 58 cm deep\. The rug holds the five boards, the slides and the fittings, with a cross\-head screwdriver, a flat screwdriver and a hammer\. Tap a part to see its name\.

Build it on a rug or a soft surface, never on a bare floor\.

### 2. 1 · Screw In the First Cam Dowel

Lay the front board with its groove facing up\. Screw one cam dowel into a pre\-drilled hole near an end, turning clockwise with the cross\-head screwdriver\.

### 3. 1 · Screw In the Other Three

Screw the other three cam dowels in by hand: two at each end of the front board\.

### 4. 2 · Stand the Bottom in the Groove

Tilt the bottom board so its lower edge drops into the groove, then swing it upright\. The gaps at the left and right ends must be equal\.

Do not force the board in at an angle: it can crack\.

### 5. 3 · Push In the Wood Dowels

Push one wood dowel into the hole between the cam dowels at each end of the front board\.

### 6. 3 · Stand the Sides on the Pegs

Lower both side boards over the cam dowels and wood dowels, with each side sliding down over the end of the bottom board\.

### 7. 4 · Press In the Cam Locks

Press a cam lock into the round hole in the inner face of each side next to each cam dowel, with the arrow on its slot pointing at the dowel\.

### 8. 4 · Turn the First Cam Lock

Turn the first cam lock a half turn clockwise with the flat screwdriver until the arrow points at the dowel and the front pulls tight\.

### 9. 4 · Turn the Other Three

Turn the other three cam locks the same way\.

### 10. 5 · Hook On the Back and Swing It Down

Hook the back board over the top edge of the bottom board, then swing it down between the sides until it lies flat on their ends\.

### 11. 6 · Hammer In the First Dowel

Push a knock\-down dowel through a hole in a side, then tap it in with the hammer until its head is flush\. It locks the side to the back board\.

### 12. 6 · Tap In the Other Three

Fit the other three knock\-down dowels the same way, two on each side\. The drawer box is done\.

### 13. 7 · Set the Slides Against the Frame

Put the right slide against the right side of the PAX frame and the left slide against the left side, plates against the panels and the hooks at the front\. Choose the hole row from the manual: row 7 with hinged doors, row 2 with sliding doors\.

### 14. 7 · Screw In the First Slide Screw

Fix the slide with a screw through the plate into the pre\-drilled hole in the frame, turning clockwise with the cross\-head screwdriver\.

### 15. 7 · Screw In the Other Three

Fit the other three screws by hand: two on each slide\.

### 16. 8 · Set the Brackets on the Slides

Slip a bracket over the front stud of each slide\.

### 17. 8 · Rest the Drawer on the Slides

Lift the drawer level with the slides, push it in and rest it on the two brackets, front edge flush with the frame\.

### 18. 9 · Lock the Drawer to the Slides

Screw a locking device through the hole in each bracket by hand\. The lever tightens against the drawer and locks it to the slide\. The drawer is ready\.
