## Guide

### 1. Angus Classic Bacon & Cheese

Build card components, staged on the board: sesame and poppy seed crown and heel, Angus beef patty, 2 cheese slices, 2 bacon strips, 3 pickle chips, 3 red onion rings, ketchup, mustard and Angus seasoning\. The sandwich is built inverted on the crown, then turned heel down into the carton\.

Source: build card dated 14 Jul 2015\. Pack in the Angus burger carton with sleeve, Bacon & Cheese tab\.

### 2. 1 · Crown

Turn the sesame and poppy seed crown over and set it cut face up at the build position\. All dressings are applied to the crown in chart order, bottom row first\.

### 3. 2 · Mustard: 3 Shots

Dispense 3 shots of mustard across the crown cut face, about 10 small dots in total\. Keep the dots inside the crown edge\.

### 4. 3 · Ketchup: ¼ Shot

Dispense a quarter shot of ketchup as 4 dollops between the mustard dots\.

### 5. 4 · Red Onion: 3 Rings

Lay 3 whole red onion rings of different diameters on the condiments, nested and centred\.

### 6. 5 · Pickles: 3 Chips

Place 3 crinkle\-cut dill chips evenly over the onion, one in each third of the bun\.

### 7. 6 · Bacon: 2 Strips

Lay 2 full strips side by side, diagonally at 45° across the pickles\. The ends overhang the crown edge\.

### 8. 7 · Cheese: 1 Slice

Centre 1 slice of processed cheese square on the bacon\.

### 9. 8 · Angus Beef Patty

Lift the cooked patty with the red\-handled tongs and set it centred on the cheese, so the residual heat starts the melt\.

Ground beef: minimum internal temperature 160 °F \(71 °C\), USDA FSIS\.

### 10. 9 · Angus Seasoning: 1 Shake

Apply 1 shake of Angus seasoning evenly over the exposed face of the patty\.

### 11. 10 · Heel with Cheese

Place the second cheese slice on the heel cut face in fan position, rotated 45° to the first slice\. Turn the heel over and set it cheese side down, centred on the patty\.

### 12. 11 · Turn Over and Pack

Turn the sandwich over as one unit so it stands heel down, crown up\. Set it centred in the base of the Angus burger carton; the sleeve carries the Bacon & Cheese tab\.

### 13. Build Complete

Finished stack, heel to crown: heel, cheese, patty, cheese, bacon, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, crown\. Close the carton and serve\.
