This generation, called S650, arrived for the 2024 model year\. Here you can paint it in every 2026 color and choose the color of its cabin\. Drag anywhere to walk around the car\. ### 2. Long hood, short tail Mustangs have a long hood, a short rear deck and a fastback roof that slopes all the way to the tail\. The running\-horse badge sits in the wide front grille\. The 2026 car is about 4\.8 metres \(189 inches\) long\. ### 3. Three bars of light The LED headlamps each draw three short bars of light\. That pattern echoes the most famous Mustang detail of all, waiting at the back of the car\. ### 4. Tri\-bar tail lamps Mustang tail lamps have been split into three upright bars since the very first car in 1964\. When the driver signals a turn, the bars light one after another, pointing the way\. ### 5. Wheels and brakes Wheels and tires stay the same whatever paint you pick\. The Mustang GT rolls on 18\-inch wheels, with 19\-inch wheels available\. Behind the spokes, brake calipers squeeze the discs to slow the car\. ### 6. Choose the cabin The cabin color is a separate choice from the paint\. Black Onyx and Space Gray are offered across the range, while Emberglo, a warm tan, and Carmine Red come with premium trims\. Not every pair is allowed: Adriatic Blue paint cannot be ordered with Carmine Red\. ### 7. Ten paints for 2026 Tap a chip on the board to repaint the Mustang\. Solid paints are one even shade, metallic paints hide tiny flakes that sparkle, and Orange Fury is a tri\-coat with an extra layer for glow\. Blue Ember comes only with the Dark Horse Appearance Package\. New for 2026: Avalanche Gray, Adriatic Blue and Orange Fury\.
